John R. Schmidt

John R. Schmidt grew up in Dayton and graduated from the Richard T. Farmer business school at Miami University in 2006. After graduation he started his career at American Funds. There he built a foundation of integrity by instilling a knowledge of the investment landscape and a commitment to service while doing what's right for his clients.

In 2011 he moved back to Dayton from Indianapolis and worked at Wells Fargo Advisors before deciding to start Clearview Wealth Management in 2017. He formed Clearview Wealth Management with the mission to shift focus on what is the most important aspect of his business, the client.

John lives in Centerville with his wife, a high school teacher, and their three young daughters. He used to have hobbies, but his work and family are the focus of his life.
